Information we collect

When you join the beta waitlist, we collect:

• your email address and, if supplied, your first name;
• your consent to receive beta access and occasional product updates; and
• basic referral and campaign details, such as the page you joined from.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, also provides privacy-sensitive server analytics such as pageviews, approximate location and referral source. The site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• manage the Dark Horse iOS beta waitlist and send TestFlight invitations;
• send relevant beta, launch and product updates you have requested;
• understand which launch channels are useful; and
• operate, protect and improve the website and app.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use Netlify to host the website, process waitlist submissions and provide server-side analytics. Netlify may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

We keep waitlist information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to run beta testing, provide requested updates and meet applicable obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it and remove it when it is no longer required.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw consent to product updates at any time. Future marketing emails will include a straightforward unsubscribe option.
